Spine District Manager - What Does Yours Do?

In my area there has been massive turnover in the whole state. It is mostly SER reps everywhere.

 

Use voice record pro app on iPhone if you have any problems with managers. It works like a charm and makes it sounds like you are in a phone booth even in crowded places. I have built a library of conversations from both face to face and via phone with my former DM.

AMEN! There might be pockets of good teams with a couple decent DSMs out there, but they're few and far between. I know plenty of people getting 30 plus points, which won't last these days, but spine is on the decline and all involved are milking the cow for every last drop before it drys up. The DSMs will do anything to stay on the good with their leaders and will steal what the reps are doing as their own to make themselves look good. If only corporate gave a crap and got in the field they would see the snowball of crap happening. Makes me think MSB might just cash out their chips once they get hospitals backed in a corner.

 

Assuming by 'corporate' you mean this fictitious RTG Minnesotoa and not Spine HQ who actually care and know customer?

 

DM shakedown coming in SE. Long overdue.

 

Multiple tenured DM's going away after Q4. HQ finally realizing you don't need to pay big $ to have people manage reps.
