Currently interviewing for a PDM job in the Northeast. Things move quickly and I was not offered to have ride-a-long to learn more about a job. I noticed high turnover in the team and heard targets are very hard to achieve. Should I stay at my current job making 150k or it is worth trying? Would appreciate some serious input.
NE management sub-par. The NE team always finishes near the bottom. You may make 150K, but will host events 3 nights a week. Keith is challenging to work with (reason for high turnover).
