I'm interviewing and wondering realistic comp plan here? How is training in Boston? Do you work night/weekends?
Don't do it. Comp is below market. Quota is a growth of 12-15% every year and commission does not make up for the low pay. On top of this you'll have to deal with the self-righteous micro managers that will have you working nights and weekends.
Base of $70k and $125k at plan. Can get to $150k at around 108% to plan. Decent training in Andover and excellent training with field sales trainers.
