Why are there so many people leaving Vertex?

Is there a sales force at Vertex? I never see jobs posted in sales.

executives only care about feeding their ego, advancing R&D takes a back seat to internal politics and bickering, leadership is weak providing no direction focused on managing up and watching the stock, there are much better opportunities in the market elsewhere.

 

Jeff is running this shit show, and Abbott Labs breeds winners like himself and Gonzalez and White . .....He'll Milk.....OOPs ....I mean work it all out.

 

White caused Leiden's departure right after Guidant deal. Your CEOs salary @ 45M+ year is the epitome of milking the golden cow. Hell, this dude is making 300 % more than Miles now. Great move !
