Increased Support from HQ

    I commented earlier about my support for Castle, but I want to mention that corporate support is improving. i heard about some of the turnover and I'm not sure if that will effect things, but customer service has been awesome as of late and marketing needs a shout out...

    Customer service has been OUTSTANDING!!! So has HR!!!

    Agreed, there has been a huge bump in professionalism at corporate.

    We will see. Ex Castle here with a new lab that offers direct billing!!!! I'll see ya in your clinics. "LETS GET IT ON SHALL WE. I WANTTHE DVP TO STEP UP WITH SOME CORPORATE SUPPORT if they know what that means? I bet not. Bait shops do not teach that kin of lingo .

    Hey! Couple of questions for you as well. I received a great response and wanted to hear it from your perspective. Please give accurate and factual answers to these specific questions. Thank you.

    First, are these allegations about massive turnover among Territory Managers true? How many Territory Managers who are currently with the company have been there more than, let's say, 6 months? How many TMs are there currently employed? How many have been hired in last year and a half? How many have been fired in last year and a half? There were lot's of postings about massive round of firings this past week. Is this true? If so, why were all these people fired? How many? What percentage of TMs are gone before 90 days on the job?

    I still work at Castle and the improvements to management are extremely noticeable.
