    If you are spending most of your meeting time concentrating on salesforce activity, opportunities, forecast, instead of acquiring new products and selling, this should be a sign, new management is desperately needed. At this point, retaining talented reps should be a priority.

    That's because they don't even really give a shit about actual sales. All that management cares about is babysitting sales and using big brother technology to track the shit out of you, while they sit on their fucking asses doing next to nothing. The only reason we have all this busy work is so THEY can justify their bloated salaries. It is truly embarrassing that our HR Director got caught screwing an RVP on the east coast and everyone's like oh well.... Its like their is no morality or rules for anyone OTHER than a sales rep for this company. Don't ask for names because you all know her.
    I'm getting the F out of here.

    Nils and Peter, what are you hiding from sales? Your lack of communication with sales is unacceptable. Transparency, really? Does HR know you are withholding info from sales? Non-competes will not stand up.

    The real problem : GI is the only division this company cares about!! Please sell off urology, so we can work for a company that support our products and reps. The competition continues to buy companies and products to make their urology division stronger, while we sit back and watch. All of the "Olympus oldies" in management, contracting, sales ops...are sitting around waiting to retire, while this ship sinks. Nils is only interested in yes men, not open to suggestions, does not want to hear the truth, and has lost the respect of his team.

    Site surveys - LMAO.
    Decreasing commission again?? prediction: half the TMs will leave within a year.
    This job is more than a full time job and Olympus continues to make $$$ and the TMs get the shaft. Urology makes their number every year despite dealing with your BS and lack of support. This only happens because you have senior, very knowledgeable TMs. Our shit does NOT sell itself, unlike what you think and we will not be paid like newbies and continue to work this crazy hours.

    20 sales resignations in the past two weeks. This includes AVP resignations. Don't believe me? Check the OCA Career page. I love how 20 new job reqs were added in the past two weeks, yet OCA is still able to keep the number of open jobs under 50. They must be hiring gas station cashiers now... Nothing is ever done above board in this company...
    What a shit hole! I expect we will see another 20 resignations next week, and the one after that! This my friends is pure retribution!!!

    Let's get those resignations pumped up even more! Leave this place crippled.

    Everyone congratulate Ed Chadwick at the NSM for being this most useless and hands off AVP in the company. Have you ever flown in even once to help close a deal for your reps? You sure sign a shit ton of pink slips. What does that say about you? It's everyone else OTHER than you right Chaddy?
