I took your advice. As I understand it, it appears that any offer would go to the Chairman of the Board who is NOT Hartman. If the Chairman is ethical, the offer would be shared with the rest of the Board for input, including a possible vote. If approved, the shareholders would then be asked to vote on final approval. Therefore, it appears to me that Hartman would have 10% of the decision, because he one of 10 Board members.

 

Has anyone noticed that video has been pulled out of the orthopedic division and now has its own reporting segment called "Visualization? " Apparently, the massive decline in video makes the ortho sales decrease a bit less tragic. The combined decrease is too much for CH and LP to dance around!!

 

You're a dip$hit. Visualization has reported seperately for years. Coincidentally, it was announced on the last earnings call that visualization will be rolled in the ortho numbers for all future earnings reports.

visualization is a dud...will never save this company too far behind on technology front, team in westboro is not motivated anymore since transferring to largo. Past 2 years have been a disaster for the company and continues to sink. Swapping out people is clearly not the answer and never has been. look inside the Utica mold and break that up...that has been the problem with this company for decades....find a new cfo for us that is what we need! Hire someone with good finance background from another company.

 

what do you think the ask was when Hartman asked lp to be cfo? "Hey, I am going to spend the next two to three years blaming mediocre performance on things you and past leadership did. I would also like a scape goat ....you know just in case, And I think the Utica folks would like to see one of their own in the office as we show them the door, so... you want the job?"

ConMed shares headed to a 52 week low. Wright hitting a 52 week high. Should be an interesting AAOS.

 

Wright is trading at 4.32 times it's sales and is less profitable than Conmed. Conmed is trading at 1.46 times it's sales. That is a horrific indictment of Curt and his entire senior management. Hartman, all the senior managers in Utica who have been here for the past 10 years, and the Stryker losers who came with Hartman should all be told to get out!

 

Too much baggage when they got there, suitcase is now busting at the zippers.

 

If you truly feel that way then write a letter to the board, even if it is anonymous. Just dont' bother sending to Tryniski as he is useless and tied in with the finance dorks.

 

Trust me, based on experience, board letters are useless.. They KYA all the way, it's a country club
