Not sure if that is true but believe me if it is a terrible investment which it probably is flemming and Perry are very interested. They love buying up companies with no upside. In fact they are known to be the best at it. Those clowns buy anything that isn't going to give a return. We will know whether Supernus is a good company whether Shire buys it or not. If it is a good company with good potential flemming wont touch it.
