Are they a legitimate pharmacy? Are they getting compounds covered? Or is this another fly by night setup?

All pharmacies have issues and it is never 100% smooth, have been in business for quite awhile. Everything above board, full transparency and I get my questions answers same day. Lowest COGS we have seen and we get paid on time so we not going anywhere until they F up.

Run as fast you as you can. There auto refill policy is going to shut them down and bring them down as well.

They only send a refill once they contact and speak to patient personally. Just another lie who is jealous that they are one of the last compliant company's that do things the right way. Almost all my distributor buddies go through them. Probably could make more going through a few dubious company's but not worth getting visited by the Feds or having it clawed back.

"Do you really think that it is ethical/okay to repack over the counter meds and then slap and ndc number on it, and charge tricare hundreds of dollars?"

The lidcoaine and difloconac repackaging scheme is already being investigated. The clock is ticking!

MedKinnect is not a pharmacy. They are strictly a distributor for pharmacies, they do not own a pharmacy.

I am sorry but you are an idiot. First of all it is NOT the pharmacies that producing these products. These products are being given an NDC number and if it was not legal they never would have been given that number in the first place as it has to go through a process in order to get that number. Almost every pharmacy in the country is promoting these products or were you totally unaware of that. In fact they is about the only things going through and getting approced these days AND will complete approval of the insurance carriers.
The people going to jail are the organizations that have been bribing either patients or physicians and some doing both. Even those that were using telemedicine were not legal as someone was paying for these physicians to prescribe the medications and if the patient was not haing to pay for the consult then it was an illegal inducement.

Wrong again, the scam is that they are getting the products pushed through first data to get ndc numbers. Also, the scam is just about over and insurance companies want there money back!

Why would a doctor prescribe a 1k product when the SAME product is available for 20 dollars?

That's called a scam! They have already started calling up patients and doctors.

You must be a special type of stupid. Because you are about to incriminate yourself. I would quit while you are ahead.

There is nothing in that statement that would incriminate myself. You have no clue who I am, who I work for or what I do. What I can tell you is that I have not done anything illegal. You are confusing what is illegal with what the insurances companies could claw back especially for a sales rep vs a pharmacy. A sales rep only promotes a product and does not prescribe anything. If they are not inducing anyone to prescribe a product or to get a prescription then the law is on their side that they cannot be convicted of any illegal activities. Sure the insurance carriers can demand their money back but the reps cannot be sent to jail. You must be one of those people that never promoted the topical creams with bulk powders and in fact I would guess you were one of those reps competing against the compounding pharmacies claiming that the high prices were illegal too.

    You clearly work for Medkinect.

"What I can tell you is that I have not done anything illegal."

Ever heard of RICO laws. If you participated in receiving any benefit from these pain creams, you are liable.

A simple google search will show you an array of federal charges that reps are being charged with. Also, every single one them has either had assets seized or had to pay money back.

The compounding scheme destroyed the rep industry, and Medkinect was part of the scam. As long as you did not receive a penny from this, you will be okay. Why don't you ask your bosses (in other words your pimps), if they were ever affiliated with RxPro, Advantage Pharmacy, or Medworx. And then type these names in google.

You better lawyer up and plan to pay back the money back!

Wrong again as I don't work for MedKinect. You keep saying if you promoted the pain creams you are in trouble and that is simply not true. If you paid patients to get creams or if you paid physicians to get creams then I totally agree with you that you would be in major trouble however if you simply promoted the creams and kept it clean then you are fine. The ONLY time they have targets the reps where the reps paying off patients or doctors.
