Loved the meeting and all the whispering going on. Lets see who leaves after the 4th qtr bonus is paid. All ready know of a couple of people who are double dipping as they dont go away to training to April. Stay positive, stay the course and dont worry where the $$ goes
Yeah they push positive meetings but every company does. I'm still skeptical myself but haven't heard much around the water cooler sort of speak. My manager was an open book but now is very hush hush. Anyone hear anything further?
I was surprised that no raises were given despite a good year and impressive 4th quarter. I hope that translated to the top brass also and that NO ONE got a bonus or raise!? We'll wait and see but I like what I'm feeling for the most part.
