I know of a few that were referred internally that haven't heard back beyond the initial "received your resume" email weeks ago...

Me to. The recruiter has been so nice and honest. I think they are still sorting out the details.

I know Cooper staffing is recruiting for Dallas openings. I saw Tyson Cooper posted on linked.

I believe there are at least 3-4 recruiting firms working on this. Problem is that anyone identified as a possible candidate they send the information back to Bowdoin. I was referred internally and have been pushed back and forth between Bowdoin and another firm. I haven't heard a word since. To the person who was referred by the VP, maybe have a conversation with him letting him know how Bowdoin is handling AMAG's expansion. It should mean something being an internal referral.

I am working directly with Bowdoin and only them and have not had your negative experience, only positive.

Cooper Staffing has been very communicative and helpful. They have provided frequent updates on the hiring process (in the Southeast). No complaints here. Not sure about what's going on with the other recruiters, but I am sure it can be frustrating. Good luck everyone!

I also was contacted by Cooper Staffing in the South East area. The recruiter was really nice and let me know that they were processing my information. Good luck to everyone as well.

Has anyone been contacted in the west?

I heard there were three rounds of hiring in May.....so they may be starting in the East since it appears those candidates have already been contacted. Just a thought....

I like that though and I'm running with it, thank you!

Patience. Small companies take time to get these things done. Large companies have an army on it but smaller companies take time. Bowdoin is just starting to get around to phone screening candidates for rep jobs but it will take time. To date there are still openings for management spots. I know what it's like to look for a job and most of the time our timeline is not the hiring company's timeline. Plus, I have heard that they were blown away by the amount of interest in the jobs.

Don't get too excited because you got a follow up email from Cooper, they are basically keeping many many candidates for just a phone screen.

I was given a questionnaire to fill out by recruiter a couple weeks ago, I followed up with her a couple days ago and she said the pro was was still going on but was delayed by a couple weeks....so what ever that means. But it is an update....

Wish they would at least communicate that they are behind in a form email or something. I haven't heard anything since the initial contact from recruiter. My resume was sent in internally. Hope I get an interview.

I am in the exact boat. Recruiter told me there's a delay. Not sure why but thinking it's because they haven't hired all the Regional DMs yet. My internal referral apologized and said this process hasn't been the AMAG way. It won't matter if the RDM brings all his own team.

Are you the same poster that was complaining before? Irregardless, it is out of our hands. So stop acting like you have been wronged in some way.

I didn't take that above post as they are feeling wronged in some way. They were just stating what most of us are doing, waiting. The advantage the poster has is an internal referral.

I am sure many have an internal referral
