The more people I meet, the farther out of my own little world I go, the more I see that we are all alike. And there isn't one of us who can afford to pick up the rock in the glass house.

There's a difference between throwing rocks and pointing out obvious problems with administration. Why is it so difficult to change and get better here? It's not a personal attack to say "we can get better". It's as if the company is afraid of moving forward. We have similar problems in the field with reps that have no clue what they are doing and have been here for a decade. Reason we are having issues with doj and no one blinks an eye at letting them go. There is a difference between loyalty and doing nothing when something is needed.

No one is let go no matter how incompetent they are and no matter how much harm they do to the company. Or even put on a pip or given help or held accountable. No one inside or in the field cares about what they are supposed to do because they won't be punished or anything so who cares. Lack of leadership has made everyone just show up and not care. All we care about is sad stories and fake culture. Abms hold the hands and close their eyes to the weakest reps with the worst stories and think they are doing the right thing while it erodes the company

If you guys think reps brought this upon the company you work for, it would be prudent to review pharma corporate lawsuits and fines. It all comes from management and their ideas plus agendas facilitated by regional VP's that then get the blessing from the top tier. It's not reps that get pharma companies in trouble, they are the last of the pecking order.

Shit. This place is full of a sexist fools. The way they talks about/to women. I can't believe the whole company hasn't been sued. I'm a guy and even I have to raise an eyebrow. I can't believe some of these guys get away with that shit.

It's honestly about the same as any other pharma company. The only difference is how cavalier upper management is at not caring if it's noticeable to everyone.

you all above are right, kinda sad I don't remember it this way years ago. I guess when HR is sitting right there and it continues all the time it pretty much lays out the options for reporting it. Sooner or later someone will tho

Oh, its ongoing.. Sadly, most, out of fear, don't say anything. When it's mgmt, people afraid to speak up for fear of job loss, further harrassment. Unless you've been there, don't judge. I have heard of some who did speak up & then after mger talked to by upper mgmt, the rep was seriously mistreated even worse. Maybe it's 2017, but may as well be 19th century behavior. Shouldn't be happening ever, but wolves persist.

Well it all starts at the top and when the nsd and cfo have their transgressions swept under the table why would anyone report anything to the "ethics hotline"? It's a career limiting decision and something that managers have actively talked females out of doing because they say it's bad for your career and I know that for a fact. It should be bad for sexual predators to be able to hold high ranking positions but it's part of our culture we are so proud of

Yes it's sick and yet another indicator of how immoral societies have become in general.. You would think that after years of people abusing each other, it would decrease, not increase. Is there no moral progression in this world or just digression? Usually, it seems people could care less about sexual harrassment, until it happens to them or a loved one. Once it does, it changes you forever. You never really ever feel safe again. When a manager or someone in a leadership position abuses you, its the most horrible lonely feeling. You fear telling anyone, lest you be victimized again by disbelief, losing you job or the perpetrator coming after you in retaliation. I know firsthand. The more you keep it to yourself though, the more you suffer. Even if you don't lose your job, you may have to leave to get away from the monster.

Yeah him too. That's why he was so pissed when someone asked where his family is. Think someone said he's an awful human being? Well ain't that right.

And that person will be gone for asking a question that he didn't like. He's that petty. I would love to be there when the karma train comes down the tracks for him.

Anytime you bring up someone's family, any place, you need to be considerate and careful ,because thats someone's heart. You want to hurt someone or get back at them? Think twice, because you will never find satisfaction in revenge. Vengeance is mine, said the Lord. Here's to everyone looking to the cross for redemption. You'll find what you're looking for there, like nowhere you've ever looked.

A real Christian working here. Wow! That is refreshing. Not sure how you make it in that culture. I was led out by the Grace of God that gave me morals and ethics.

Dear God. Most of those people up top have no souls...none. So quoting Bible verses as a means to caution someone else about their less than positive feelings towards them is useless.

And if you are going to quote the big man, do it correctly. "Vengeance is mine," SAITH the Lord. Not "said". The word "said" wasn't part of the venacular in biblical times.

"I hate people that don't get the words right."-Crash Davis. You can look it up.
