What's the chatter on increases? Flat or individualized? What percent?

If you send your DBM a naked picture of your Mom you'll get an 8% base pay increase

Andy says if you want the raise you have to wrestle him and beat him for it. Otherwise no raise for you (unless you're from NJ)

Is it true they all got an "auto" level up on salary grade?

I bet the raises will be a minimum of 10% per rep.

You sound a little jealous. Bet you are one of the ones that laughed at those of us given Saxenda at time of launch?

Or maybe one of the many OCS that went running back to the safety of their old pod the moment a vacancy arose. Remember how many people fled Obesity in the first year?

They have no idea the things we are doing over here.

While I am a bit jealous over the raise, it is very much well deserved! Since the time of launch it's been a challenge every day for my OCS counterparts. They work their butt off and face so many obstacles. I'm glad at least someone is getting rewarded

Thank you. FWIW, DCS work far harder than EDCS. I think the future of the sales force is a streamlining of the diabetes reps like you see with obesity.

Today a promise was delivered - the OCS leadership team has been authentic and transparent since day one. This job is hard. It is a challenging product, but it is a true sales job that requires hard work and effort. No one is there to pick up the pieces when you just decide to show up and throw up a canned message. Happy to see NN support behind a true speciality sales force.
