How is the ILS, Intv Lung division performing, selling i-logic in particular?

I was recently contacted about a territory manager position in capital interventional lung selling the i-logic. I was told $80k base, $145 in commission/bonus $225k total at plan. Are these figures accurate? Anything you can tell me to help on the product, division etc?

In capital currently, pays around $165k at plan

 

There are lots of ILS positions open and most TMs are not at plan this FY. You'll spend a year building your pipeline and only make just over six figures your first year.
