C'mon Paul, you really want our input on this so as to be "the new standard in the U.S and a metric that all of the HPLT members will be measured against". Culture and purpose, really? As for culture, I get all I need in my morning yogurt. As for purpose, GTM has given me so much I could vomit. As for measurement, waddaya' want today? Dirt, targets, net sales, number of scripts, pay per script, MBO, share, growth, ratio of Assfield to BI, glorious formulary "wins" by our stellar HSBS/KAM teams? You tell us, because you're not going to listen to this sham survey.

How anonymous can it be when each employee has a special and unique number?

If they didn't have the survey, the Diversity team wouldn't have anything to do. And yes, someone in home office confirmed that they can track our responses on the survey.

I suppose it's legal for a company to lie about anonymity. In that case, it makes sense to identify sources and put some light on the nature of the surveys.

What was the outcome, and what is the plan?

The outcome is that the Culture is toxic and the Purpose is to continue cutting costs. Diversity team will spin results and find a way to waste more time on useless diversity training and free buttons that only they are interested in and none of us wants.
