Hate to tell you but smaller SP's get absolutely crushed in this market. You won't be able to fill 60-70% of your intakes, offices will get frustrated because you promised something that is out of your control and ultimately will just stick with the big boys. Seen it time and time again.

Good luck but you made a bad career decision.

 

Give it some time, she'll do something stupid and Joel will have no choice but to show her the door

No freaking way. Bases are under 100k... and at plan comp is 28k. Stay away from the East Coast MS division. Manager is horrendous to say the least. She sucks and has the worst turnover from any other division in the company.

CVS is a huge organization with a shit load of field reps. Two quitting in one day is hardly news.

 

When there are only 30 reps in a division.... losing 2 is significant. You clearly don't work here.
