My friend said meeting is painful and lacking any kind of energy. Applause is weak and management telling teams that they suck and not doing enough. Marketing won't face reality.

Meeting is awful. Kaplan was horrific. Totally finger pointing on sales and Scott O should never be allowed on stage ever again from his pitiful stage performance today. Get me the Fuck out of here!!

Lol. Regeneron DR completely full of shit. Kaplan and him did an all world stinker yesterday. It's not clinical selling morons!! Nobody can afford copays and paperwork daunting and consuming to staff. 21,000 scripts ??? -? Still think it's about 2 doses??

It is mind boggling that Scott O still has his job. How embarrassing for Sanofi that a) Jez was too much of a pussy to fire him, and now b) Kaplan is too close a friend to fire him. Scott still being here falls squarely on Kaplan's shoulders now. Is it just a running joke at the top at this point to see how long they can keep this incompetent imbecile around? Every day he continues in his position is a further insult to everyone in the field.

Rumor is that we are going to start calling on PC, what a nightmare. Please tell Kaplan to stop being a clueless, arrogant prick.

it is too late for him to stop being clueless as he has made an entire career of it...he would never find a job if he did that

Scott O thinks selling Praluent is as easy as shooting a baby gazelle in the bush. It's as easy as feed the little fellows, wait till they come in to feed and pull the trigger, BOOM!
So think like Scotty boy. Feed your offices and sell it challenger style and you will be most envied...just like Scotty boy. Eazy peezy.

Only thing worse than mgmt is this sales force!! They would struggle to sell popcorn at a movie theater. True story.

If SP starts calling on PC then I'm pretty sure there is no longer a need for PC reps.

the company should be embarrassed about the piece of shit awards night that Sanofi threw together last night. I am 100% embarrassed to work for this company after last nights fiasco!!

It was ver low rent and pathetic. They screwed sales teams at last minute with switching their goals and also making trips based on new alignment. This was a cost cutting award night. Limited open bar and shit food. The food as been very school cafeteria like.

Not on the CV team but attended the LV meeting as a casual observer. The morale difference between the Regeneron team and the Sanofi team was amazing. The R team was clearly more upbeat with a feeling of empowerment. The S team looked like a group of skilled, experienced, talented folks who took a wrong career turn down a dark road, and now wonder what they've gotten themselves into.
I attended a few of the general sessions (I've been to hundreds of these) and was appalled at the condescension by Kaplan and Crew.
I have a feeling senior leadership is not fully aware of the culture of incompetence rampant in sales leadership. The backbone of company success is a strong motivated sales team, empowered with tools, training, and a culture where the company supports their success and rewards results.
Culture starts at the top--Sanofi has to make changes.

    ^^^^^^^
Excellent post. This is why this company will fail. It's time to clean house with senior leadership. Senior leaders don't care about the sales teams and the sales teams hate the senior leaders. It's a vicious cycle. Once this place files bankruptcy, this place will be written up as a business case review for MBA programs on how not to run a company. Its really a sad situation.

No reps at all, actually. Sales force has been replaced by mindless drones now. Sad.
