    So, everyone was complaining therefore I cannot help myself that coaching workshop was awful.

    If they are going to waste our time why don't they give us something we can use vs 101 crap that is basically common knowledge. You may be new to your job but we aren't.

    The time before this one they hired someone they insulted people with racist condescending comments.

    Invest in someone who can deliver! Best of the best...really - we may be but you certainly are not!

    You have to understand what needs to be accomplished to put together something that values time. Marketing now runs the show so let the show begin.

    Everyone I know is waiting until they are vested and then looking to get out. I am not waiting. I will be putting in my notice in two weeks. Every company has its problems but this one is a shitshow. They have no precedence for how they train us, who they promote, how they pay people, and on an on. That idiot speaker was retarded. We know all of that, thank you, and everything he said is a direct contradiction to the company that Otsuka is. They would rather us be on eLearn or conference calls than sell and they care more about hashing out stupid best practices on district calls than actually trying them with customers. It's a joke!!! Otsuka doesn't count the cost. Hello we are not Japanese and don't want to work 80 hours a week for no purpose and no more money. Speaking of, thanks for fixing bonuses to where we don't get much. Do you think we are stupid? You increase the target but make the goals way too high.
    Good riddance Otsuka.

    There will be a mass exodus in December and January when all the expansion AMs become vested.

    Not sure what you mean - I was talking about the Development group workshop not marketing about coaching. Every time I attend one of their "workshops" it is either pompous condescending basic crap and waste of time. we are smart and your not because you are in the field blah blah blah lol carry the bag dude and let's see how long you make it! My guess a month:) Not sure what group they fall under but seriously no more please thank you

    if we really do have a development dept then they aren't doing their job. I don't think we do because look around people leaving left and right - that's not development. They don't develop people here they suck the life out of you until you can't take anymore and you quit or they are done with you and ask you to move on. No need for development team with that culture.

    They burn everyone out. They use people. I will never do these bullshit Point roles. Our dst is basically the real coach and he gets nothing at all for it! He is on countless conference calls. On my last team they worked a "ROM Associate" around the clock with no pay. The DMs here do nothing.

    "Do it yourself learning" I heard thats bs the past month and it's basically them saying they don't want to do shit or be responsible for having coordinated development so search for it and teach yourself! Umm ok and what do you to collect that paycheck??

    I would hardly say the development team has any power LOL as you can see from these posts no one even knows we have a development team! BTW You need to get some help - I am not sure what he did to you but you are so hung up on calling him names any chance you get. This is not middle school grow up!
