I was an eager college grad looking for a place to gain some experience. I don't think the experience I gained in the 1 year I worked there was worth the pain. The work atmosphere is depressing - it sucks the life out of all the employees. For example, there are usually about 25 people in the lunchroom during lunch, and no one talks to each other, probably out of depression. We called it the dungeon because that's truly what it was. Everything is outdated and you're constantly in fear of Al walking by your desk b/c you never know what mood he is going to be in. You aren't allowed to talk to your coworkers very often either - apparently the boss doesn't like people to get to know each other.

Working there really was like selling my soul to the devil. Don't get me wrong, no harm was done to me personally, AND I made a few good friends there, but it was essentially like wasting a year of my professional life. Words could not describe the feeling I got when I got a different job offer! Go somewhere else

PMT Is a terrible, childish, unproffesional team that is made of selfish managers who their employees like crap because of people Like Mark Segner (Claims the women as soon as they step into the building... if you interfere... just be ready for your life to be hell.Also busted back in the shipping area with Kim Schmelzer with his hand down her pants by numerous of employees.) Ben Osa (Guy has been picked on so bad his whole life it shows) Has no respect or graditude for any employees who put more effort time and work trying to finish his projects that he is incapable doing himself. This is just the assembly line.

During my time here at PMT they despised hiring "Hoodlums or Gangster" looking teens. I remember one specific moment where one of the managers told an temp employee to "Look normal and not gangster" because Mr.Iverson has an issue hiring anyone who looks other than normal. Their present HR Rep Luke had tried to cover up Mr.Iverson for a situation that involved the police... Poor Luke, filed a faulty police report.

I can go on for hours about this place but its really not worth my time. Just want to inform anyone who wants to save themselfs from heart attacks, stress and mentals abuse. Once your hired, your stuck at your wage also.

I have been at PMT for almost 2 years now. I, like many others, was concerned about some of the posts here but the person who hired me assured me they were problems of the past and most of the people mentioned were no longer employed at PMT. This is the truth.

I have had a great experience with PMT. I honestly have. I got into the medical device field, got some great experience, and made good money. My manager has been great and so have the support team at corporate.

They are not going to hold your hand the whole way but if you truly are self-sufficient and motivated, you will do well here.

 

PMT corporation is a combination of white staff only they don't need black people. What ever you are working hard if your skin is it has matter.

 

100% is TRUE with out any exaggerated don't west your time with them!!!!!

I just got a $2700 check in the mail for settlement on the EEOC v PMT for females over 40 who applied for a position with PMT. I was happy to see this come through in the mail today. When I sent my paperwork in, I doubted it would amount to anything. Anyone else get a payday today?
