The meeting actually started well until Dan Martin got on stage. That guy is the most arrogant disgusting person on the planet. Amazed that he still has a job when no one will work for him. Heron would actually be a fun place to work if we did not have to listen to that ass talk and pontificate. Never gives credit to anyone. He believes that he walks on water, most people would prefer he drowns quickly. No life support!
I'm going to guess and say Payer and GPO from what I noticed. I know that was my experience in my region.
At this meeting I really saw why this place struggles and why we should all be looking for new jobs. The reason is our President Rob Rosen sucks. I don't really know him or does he ever care to know me. He set the tone of the meeting trying to tell us he didn't get paid a bonus because sales are so bad.l and that we all are bad. Nice leadership old man. I learned Rob is lazy, he doesn't know the business and asks stupid questions. Did you know he was fired from Bayer for sexual harassment towards women. Check him out on Bayer website and searchers name. He didn't even bother to come into any of our breakouts and say hi or talk to anyone. I wanted to tell Barry Q. When he spoke to fire Rob as he's the worst leader in my many years of pharmaceuticals. How does he keep his job? All I ever hear from people is how if Rob wasn't here we would be better off. Rob, please leave or get fired to let this company be successful. You bring everyone down. Sincerely, you suck!
