It is really quite sad and disturbing that so many seem to have not yet accepted the Aqua delivery system. It is quite obvious from their posts! Once you have accepted the Aqua delivery system, and peace and serenity have come into your life, your universal pathway becomes evident! But without this, you merely remain a lost soul, like the above individual, always wondering whether or not there will be layoffs! This will not be important when you follow your universal pathway to know your future!
Tony and Steve, What is really sad is that for the past 4 years you have posted your self inflated propaganda to manipulate the employees from the truth. The truth is that you ARE going through layoffs/downsizing/firings to compensate the loss of revenue from the branded generic drugs we pitch. Yes, layoffs are coming and we are getting ready for a shake up unlike Aqua has ever seen. Either Annie or Mike M will get the ax. Steve will be gone by the end of Spring and Almirall will bring in their own team. Most likely Ted will be gone for pushing the 2nd expansion and wasting over 20million of Almirall's money. Wow!!! what a mess! At least we have Cordran to carry us through. Oh yeah, it's all gone generic. Yep! we are all screwed!
Ted, Your most important assets are not your clients; its your employees. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients and enable optimal profit and growth. Yes, Ted has a target on his back for the mismanagement of Aqua and allowing Steve, Annie and Mike M to run the company into the ground. Although you are a bit off on the dollar amount that Ted wasted on the expansion. It was closer to 50 million. Needles to say, the Spaniards are not happy! Good bye Teddy!!!

I worked with Teddy Boy at NPC. He was so two faced and hardly ever followed through on his promises/commitments. Only cared about himself, not his people. AMF!
