Top 3 things you DON'T have in the field

    Do you have everything you need in the field to sell? Or are there a few things (intelligence, data, prescribing info, etc.) that would make your job easier?

    Yes, my dBM and RBD for a 3 in the car ride a long.

    How quickly can you make that happen?

    Agree that there is always a trust issue. The metrics haven't changed since the 90's but the medical community has drastically clamped down on access. Telling reps to predict how many face to face DOCTOR interactions they can make each quarter or half year is a joke. Reality is, the docs keep themselves hidden and only allow us to actually see or talk to underlings. When will BMS move to a plan that does away with daily call metrics and treat it's employees with trust and respect? RAEs and NAEs don't deal with the metric BS.

    So what did they say the purpose of this crazy multi- person ride along was? Did they all make the calls with you together? Insane!
