Very real. Let's just say you don't want to be caught below the 75th percentile regardless of what hurdles your territory may have. When we got our Q4 ranking, all I saw below the 75th percentile was VACANT, VACANT, VACANT, VACANT.....you get the point.

Take for the information. The more I look at this situation, the more hesitant I get.

We can't keep giving medication away basically forever and I doubt they will be able to keep investors happy with this marketing strategy.

Neos posted results yesterday. Loss of 83 million for the year on sales of 9.3 million. No doubt the execs are shopping is around to other companies.

Agreed but in all fairness, most years of a small pharma drug launch takes a pretty big hit because of commercial launch expenses and new drug insurance blocks. I wouldn't expect a loss like that for 2017.

True. But I think their strategy of giving it away to any and all at $25 is going to continue to bleed the company cash. My concern is the fallout with offices when they (inevitably) take away this offer. Of course, if I'm still here when that happens go ahead and shoot me. Lol

Lol, yeah that goes for me too! Anybody smart enough to see through all the smoke screen and mirrors should have a exit strategy for no later than the end of November. Shit is going down January 2018

Had a doc bring this up today. They said they basically only wrote it because it was $25 for high deductible patients.

Yup same with me, we'll see if it pays off come April/May when patient's deductibles are met. Lets see if they continue to stay with Adzenys or switch back to Vyvanse or whatever their preferred med is. That's why I don't recommend potential new reps to come aboard at this stage of the game. Reps that are already here are fine till December but I don't think it's worth it for a new rep to quit their job or take an offer when realistically they will only be in the field for 7 months before shit hits the fan.

And just wait till end of May when summer dip hits. They won't even be filling it for $25. Lmao

*For those new here ADHD scripts plummet around 50% during summer cause the little bastards quit taking meds when not in school.

Quick Question to my people who have been here since March of last year. I'm new to this whole contract pharma thing and was wondering about salary raises. Granted we get a good year end performance review....should I expect a salary raise and if so how much?

    Thanks

Varies from contract to contract. If you do get one don't expect much.

We can not get our manager to even address a salary increase. Even with great sales numbers, I have not seen anyone get a raise.

Damn, I was afraid of that. My RSM is literally clueless to what is actually going on so I was hoping it was just that but if your RSM is doing the same thing then something smells fishy. Unless we have the same boss :D

Confirmed, Neos will not be giving out raises. They are stuffing their pockets with more cash from the blood and sweat of the sales force. I worked too hard this year to be screwed out of a raise.

They are also laying off reps with poor performance due to shitty Medicaid coverage while also creating new territories that have shitty Medicaid coverage setting up those reps for failure from the start. Genius Neos!
