What are they thinking? First they destroy morale with the retroactive evaluations, then the awful Patient First, now they send us a magnet for Breo selling a $billion and tell us to wear it proudly and now they won't pay for a coffee while we travel to meetings when they are forcing us to travel during coffee and meal times. I don't have a problem with them saving money, but feeding people is a necessity if you are forcing them to travel. Save money on the stupid magnets that were Fedexed. Do they not realize that the competition IS being motivated with MONEY and gifts and being treated well? Do we actually HAVE to travel to learn a new app? Just teach us via Skype. We all have computers and iPads. That would save money. They really need to get a bigger picture mentality and look at unintended consequences of their decisions. If Trump actually gets the economy moving the sales force will jump and they will be hard pressed to find anyone that will work for them.

Travel for the new app is much needed, gotta pretend we are a real sales force!

The reason for the travel part is because our sales force is older than average. Not being funny, many in the field aren't early adopters of the tech we use.

Gray hairs enjoyed the ride and benefits..............complainers were simply fired. That's a fact Jack.

Don't forget how demotivating it is to promote the number 1 lama/laba and the sales force never gets paid 100% of goal.

Everything balances out in the long run. Stop whining. Do your job. You may want to review your contract you signed when hired. We have our ups and downs , but the highs are very good.
