It's not just former tap dms. The whole sales force is shell shocked here. It's like a zombie herd shuffling around. Some one please put an axe in my head and end the mindless misery. Yay Ironwood!

It's because all the Ironwoodies have left.

Yes, we have left. As a former IronWoodie, I can tell you we were the best! Now we are all successful employees working for other pharma companies.
I can only hope that Ironwood has learned a valuable lesson. Don't let go of the best!

Speaking as a former IronWoodie who has left the company many months ago, it's interesting, but sad to see how much the company has declined!
Several former IronWoodies still stay in touch, and rehash old times. At one time, a few years ago, we were the best and the brightest that Ironwood ever had to offer! We had a spotless reputation for getting the job done, and because of that we 6 original hires have move upward in our careers!
Hopefully, anyone wanting to move upward will know when the time is right to leave.
We had no choice whether to leave Ironwood. But our success in the field will NEVER be duplicated. We di things our way! The successful way! The bean- counters had a problem with this approach!

I don't think any of the current reps in Indiana feel the same way you do. That group always seemed to have a solid team the last few years.

It's really quite sad to read about the decline at Ironwood. As a former IronWoodie, I can only remember all the positive successful times we had!
Perhaps anyone who is unhappy should strongly consider leaving. In all honesty, the 6 original IronWoodies who departed several years ago are now all highly regarded! In every instance, all 6 of us have achieved success over the last several years! We managed to retain our Greatness!
