We all know this board invites negative posts because posters don't have to sign their name. So haters keep on hating but we know you are mostly former employees who didn't work and got fired which is pathetic because this is the easiest job around.

 

if you are such a good company why do you feel the need to defend yourselves so much? maybe if upper management took the high road from this board and stopped adding fuel to fire by calling people losers your company wouldn't have these embarrassing threads posted.

For the most part Cafepharma is fueled by haters,but this is a special case. Avion produces a much higher ratio of haters, especially when you factor in their small size. Honestly, like many, many others I was fired, for some reason Avion likes firing people rather than developing them. The other special thing about Avion is Mike and Mark both read this shit, and openly participate. Any time you see the "you got fired for not working" or "you can write stuff here and not sign your name" you have one of those dickwads attention. Not hard to figure out considering mike just threatened to fire the whole company.
Bottom line, Avion is a poorly run shit show. Take the job, gut it out to get experience, get out and don't look back.
But just to be crystal clear, by month 6 you will understand why the turnover rate is so high.

 

Everyone knows our managers keep track of our calls and sample activity yet some of the reps don't sample and make detail calls only and from two after which we all know means they aren't working. For us working the plan early till late that makes us mad and those lazy people shouldn't get paid and should be fired.

 

OMG, is this the same crybaby that was trying to throw your teammates under the bus? This is like the 5th time you are complaining about who doesn't work, and who is "we". Sounds like it's just you, get over it or grow a pair and come right out and TELL your manager or Dena. What makes you think they will fire people over your whiny cafe Pharma posts you idiot. Either trash the company as a whole or get off the board, go get a job at Starbucks, they pay more.

The reps aren't lazy they are forced to over sample to get the manidotory sample signature - why can't doc sign for detail only of the CATs is, how they track? IMS and CATa didn't line up - to many cross promotion offices with other teammates - arriving before 9 to get a signature call and be told office has enough samples - doctors not seeing reps today - can't add doctors stick with call panel they upload on to your computer - randomly changes docs who can sign and who can't - home office watches when your signatures are captured ; regardless of how big your territory geography expects same from all - 3 hours from home better plan on getting that 4: 00 signature and getting home after 7 pm - after leaving for work at 6 to get to the first office by 9....anf the office didn't let you bask since another Avon rep just sample dumped yesterday - no signature - home office sees you didn't get a signature call assumes you're lazy and fires you. Weak leadership, no leadership development or real sales training long boring mandatory conference calls yet ho wants calls being made during that time too - focused on the wrong count -glorified UPS drivers collecting signatures calling themselves pharma reps selling over priced vitamins and iron priced at $400 retail - should be illegal ripping off patients, driving up everyone's health costs out of greed

Nope - Just another rep who saw the potential of Avion and so very disappointed in the reality of poor leadership and questionable ethics and glad to be gone. One of the big problems was not being able to manually add doctors to your cats panel - call on an office 7 + doctors - all in your IMS as big prescribers of your competition, sales quota is based on TRx , but only 1 of the docs is in cats and able to sign - you wait and wait .... he is MIA - rep details other 5 big targets but they can't sign, rep can't add to get credit for "every call" since the 5 docs aren't in cats computer - the jokers back in Alpharetta look at cats data trammitted - have no idea of the massive impact you had with those 5 great details - leaders call you lazy and believe you're not out selling. They stopped letting reps add docs - supposedly, since they had reps in past add to many docs so they took liberty to manual add away - leaving all reps handcuffed to the docs someone back at HQ adds who it appears from what they sent me doesn't review the ims data they send reps at all - clueless - the call panels are not setting reps up for success - frustratiimg, makes no sense.
Wont beong before Avion folds - heard big $ inveator already walked away.

Too many lies and inconsistencies here.

 

I love whoever is trying to do damage control on the posts in this forum...the fact is most of the material in all of these Avion posts (this forum and others) are correct...you will always have a few disgruntled employees that post lies but for the most part, the subject matter in the forum is correct...

 

So true. There are always multiple threads posted to move the post down.

 

This is so weird because the chatter out in the field is running full circle and it all comes back to the same thing. How our news and news the field shouldn’t be hearing is going to people through this girl and her (friends laugh) here is amazing. We even know who Dena can’t stand here and out of respect I will not post those names but you would Ben surprised. And funny thing is we know HB hated DC
