The company just pushed out the comp plan. It has lawsuits written all over it. Talk about unethical, illegal , and totally frauduent. This is the nail is the coffin. I can't believe anyone in their right mind could sign off on this. It's has VALEANT written all over it. I'm not going to jail. Matt can go by himself.

Don't worry the employees at Wells Fargo were fine and kept their jobs. It was the person who pushed them to do things illegally to make a dollar that took it in the teeth. Plus this is Valeant. No one is watching what we do. WE ARE BIG PHARM! I heard we are going to start selling opioids and the epi pen Q3

"Do not advise HCP's on submission quantity. It is illegal."

*New Comp Plan: 122 me, bitch. 24/7-365

I have never head of any manager or upper manegment or Lila say do not advice a healthcare provider on an amount it is illegal. That would be the day. Hey where is Lila? She "claims "that she started arestin Rx. Not! But now she is a bitter employee that doesn't work/never is seen and hates to be bothered with any things related to Rx or her work. I think she is silent because she knows this is all illegal.

We have always been encouraged by Orapharma and management and teammates to tell doctors to change script tips to get through on insurances. This IS ILLEGAL. but became the common norm to grow numbers and sell. Also getting staff members to write scrips for themselves and fax in again ENCOURAGED quietly!!! Orapharma is off the radar with Bausch health. Nobody pays attention so we just keep doing this.

With only Ossix and Arestin and we don’t own Ossix does not make positions very secure. Possible another headcount reduction coming? And let’s not forget the DOJ investigation on Arestin RX. Wonder how many are in front of legal.

I never heard anyone encourage people to change scripts other than to lower them to allow for access to Arestin. If you as a rep were pushing larger prescriptions than what the patient needed, shame on you.

Your kidding right? It has been encouraged and pushed by upper management, regional managers, etc since the day the RX program came out. It's the only way to make money. Without the Rx program being abused, the company would be a failure.
