Respiratory institutional team will lose half its people by year-end, calling it now. These quotas are unfathomable. Once you start screwing with people's money, it's game over. Congratulations Sunovion, you got tired of paying for performance and people overachieving and maximizing the uncapped bonus structure, so now you've killed the morale of the most successful sales force you have. Clown show in Marlborough.

That's too bad, the Latuda quota's have been spot on and easily attainable for years!

Cry me a river. You mean 80% of your team won't be over 175% to plan for 20k units in a qtr? Welcome to 98-103% to plan party.

You guys have the great Woody as a leader. I'm sure with his micromanaging ways and his experience with Latuda in VA (that he brings up at every meeting) as his proudest moment...you'll be fine. I'm sure his hospital knowledge goes much deeper then giving Latuda away at the VA!

Our quotas have always been aggressive, the folks at the top with Therapeutic Interchanges they worked for anywhere from a year to 3 years to get, yes they are way over plan, however your 80% claim is uninformed and incorrect.

Sorry...70%. How many on your team missed 100% to plan? We are lucky if 50% hits plan. We don't have the luxury of selling a no brainer cost saving initiative to our doctors. Once again...welcome back to reality. Good luck with those inhalers...I guess that T.I. message will be a little tougher.

Wrong again. It's comical listening to you uninformed nitwits who think Brovana is a "no brainer". You demonstrate that in reality you have no clue what it's like to move Brovana in the hospitals. Absolutely none. I was looking forward to watching you overpaid formulary chasers try to navigate an actual full account, clinical sell with Brovana, bring you down off your high horse a little bit. I understand your jealousy, but the ignorance displayed by the Psych folks relating to what the respiratory division actually does is astounding. You guys truly have absolutely no idea what we do, so stop acting like your sh!t don't stink.

Once again...let's see how you do in Academics & VA's selling a value proposition of a Me-too drug. Guess what that's what we've had to do. Not based on cost saving to a DOP. I don't think many of us will shed a tear because your not 175% to plan for not selling enough brovana to pay for your gas in a qtr.

Wow - you CLEARLY have no idea what it takes to sell in a system. No surprise you are having a hard time meeting your quota ask.

Monkey see monkey do... It's how things roll at this shit can of a company. Pass the buck and never own up to anything.

Was it a clown show when the institutional RBM who ranks 3 of 3 is more than 200% to plan? Obvious they under shot your goals this year so time to better forecast. Suck it up and enjoy your huge bonus in 2016.

This companies goaling is purely moronic.

Goal setting is the problem. They undershoot one quarter and then have to compensate the next quarter with unattainable quotas. Guess it all evens out, but it would be nice if they could get better at forecasting.

Try to pay a little more attention Sparky. None of the IRBMs are above 140% attainment (yes still very high), but the numbers you reference are the payouts. Maybe the payout curves need to be revisited, but the quotas are still unreasonable for Q1.
