I am a value investor heavily invested in the New Valeant (Post MP). I bought because of the turn-around story, the pipeline and the team of Joe and Paul. I would be interested in the sense of things from the inside as the new strategy is being implemented. Please just honest and real insights. Nobody is interested in reading lots of BS on either side of the investment equation.

    Thanks

You're a moron to come onto this board trying to get folks to give you "honest and real insights" into the company. How the hell can you tell the difference? Obviously, you're bad at investing, since you're probably lost your shirt already, if you bought in when Joe bought in at 24.

As a shareholder, you have the right to call the company's investor relations rep directly and ask for information. Instead, you come to this board, which makes you an idiot as well. Value investor on a speculative stock, seriously.

Finally, nobody is interested in your fool troll inquiry. I use to work there, so I belong on this board, and what's your freaking excuse?

Hope the Bruins, Red Sox and Celtics burn in hell.

As a smart value investor taking a chance on a turnaround, you'll be find since you certainly must have covered your position with puts.

I'm sorry to say but most of the negative stuff on here are true. And yes there are real employees here. What? You bought into Joe Papa after seeing the mess he left behind at Perrigo???

Wow such venom and hate - why? It was an honest question looking for sincere answers. I wish the best for the real employees at Valeant. Good luck

It's scums like you who asks "honest questions looking for sincere answers." You don't give a rats ass about anyone but yourself. You just want a little new intel to make some investment decisions or write your stupid articles, just so that you can benefit yourself.

Your also the kind of vulture that prays on the wounded. Nobody here cares about you too. It's best for all if you just disappear and die.

The culture in the company is at least as bad as the culture on this board. That should give you an idea. Valeant achieved a reputation as a high-flying mega growth company and investors pumped billions into it *thinking* that it was value based growth. It succeeded on reputation for growth, not on actual organic growth. It always was an accounting roll-up, and when it popped - as they must at some point - that was it.

Now, Valeant has a *reputation* of fraud, price gouging, failure to meet forecast, and an insurmountable debt load. That reputation is now at least 2 years old, and the blood is thick in the water. Fat Mike was/is not the only skeezy shark in the pharma waters, and the others definitely smell the blood. Valeant's assets will eventually be sold at fire sale prices to the circling sharks to service debt. There will be little "value" with what is left.

Ever since Fat Mike ousted the ICN management, Valeant ceased to be a company that employees *could* care about. I don't see the culture changing enough to change that dynamic unless Valeant is acquired by someone who is willing to frag everyone who had any management position during the Fat Mike tenure. I've been in quite a few companies as an employee and as a consultant, and Valeant is the one, and only, company where literally every employee I meet is demoralized and hates the company and those who run it. With a passion. Couple that with the customer base's perception of the company, and I frankly don't see how it survives long term.

Agree or disagree, that is my honest assessment.

Not just some issues, quite a lot. My life was wrecked after working at Valeant.

You're just the straw, so please stop asking stupid questions, since my doctor told me to ignore you.

This is the most honest post on here. I can say that nearly every employee working here hates it. That will be reflected in growth and revenue over time. That is why this place will be broken up and sold off piece by piece. There is no hope of a real recovery.

Pretty much this. There are two camps at Valeant. The smaller camp has people who are professionals that take pride in there work. Then there is the much larger camp of people who are under qualified, lazy, or complacent that look to others to do the work or check behind them.

This company is not sustainable economically and because there is a serious shortage of people with intelligence and integrity.

It starts at the top. Incompetent management breeds incompetence. Need a better overhaul, Joe don't have the magic or luck any longer, he blew it all at Perrigo.

Sorry, buddy, there is no smaller camp, they're all the same, bad. The smarter ones have already left, when it was riding high. No sane professional would stick around or go to this toxic waste dump. Career suicide.
