This just in heard Baker and Bibbi lost their appeal against Quest. Millions flushed down in legal fees. Maybe Scott wants to dump some more money into this winner!

 

Last week's news. There's a good chance their lawyers worked on a contingency fee basis, and if so, because they lost, there would be no legal fees payable. Hopefully, this will drive a wooden stake through the hypcrisy surrounding this lawsuit.

 

That's good to hear but what's going to happen when the Feds kick down the door to investigate the billing situation with LI Path can't wait to see JN fall for this one. I guess that's why we don't have anything in writing about this shady in network lab we are promoting! The noncompete problems with Sunrise aren't going away anytime soon. Maybe we should have our next boat trip on a submarine in the hudson because we are heading to the bottom at Mach speed!!!

The investors are now aware of the LI Path debacle and we are now trying anything to bring bags in. I completely agree with the Sales team we look extremely desperate and we are disgusted by our so called management! JN your biggest mistake would have to be giggling with LJ for 8 hours a day for 3 years when you should have been out in the field with the sales reps. KC maybe you can bring some more of your friends and family on the payroll. If you want I can have my 9 year old daughter start on Monday she probably knows more than TH!
