More folks leaving and the company keeps it hush like nothing's happening. Are people left happy with everything, just sucking up to management, intensely looking to get out or what...

Good coverage gets you awards and accolades and trips

That only lasts so long. Everyone has a target on their backs when it's huntin' season. That's how Celgene's been operating for years now.

This is what happens when you have distrusted back stabbing leaders like TC and TW. All manipulated by MA.
    Leave if you can.

There's more than those two who are backstabbing. It's at every level & all departments. Only way to get by and stay off the radar. Pathetic!

I am quite pleased. I've been with other big pharma and this place is heaven compared to them. At both big pharma companies, almost the entire focus was on activity, social engineering, and creating metrics to make it look like our compliance department was robust. We hardly invented anything. We used our money to buy other companies and ruin them and their people.

Sure, we have some problems here but they pale in comparison to big pharma.

    The numbers are completely fabricated

I&I numbers are entirely dependent upon reporting.

If you have Briova, TLC, Sendarra, Kaiser, Walgreens, Diplomat, Humana, Kroger, Avella, Biologics, Bioplus, and Cigna then you have good numbers.

If you have CVS Health, Accredo, Prime or Longs you are screwed.

So true. Old green teeth has created his own little army of suck ups and loves him some power trips. And the guy at the top is pulling all the strings.

Doubt many are happy. Most are looking for new jobs, staying under the radar, sucking up to TC (bad idea), or just playing CYA.

Should've seen them at DC losing their souls

TC lost his soul a long time ago when he was exiled to Spain.

there may be a line up at the door to get in but management letting the business walk out the door.you discount your sales force you discount your future business. Short sighted approach by senior management. Grass is not always greener but when there's no love it's easier to take a chance elsewhere. Good luck to those moving on and thanks for all the stellar performances
