    Also, the core beliefs or whatever is on that little card they give you is hypocrisy at its greatest. "Care enough to coach"? How about, "Care enough to make people do what you say or you get fired"?

    so, out of curiousity does this marketing piece retract and destroy happen in other companies? And if so, is there any coordination to it or is it just firing off one email after another? And in other companies do they typically have the replacement or the new piece available at the same time? It seems odd to me and by Friday we may be out of all resources. Feels like a bad divorce and things are getting thrown in the fire one right after another

    They should destroy the whole department and start over. They don't do anything anyway. All of our marketing pieces are sourced out to other companies so they don't even make this crap we have now. I think our marketing depts main job is to find other companies to do all their work and they just take the credit. I would want my name on any of this crap. Like the ROC was one of thems "brain child" then u find out she didn't write a sentence of it. Lol

    I have a feeling that marketing is going to screw up things in January and put together a ROC 2 for this launch. Some long ass boring novel that will not have a single good point in it and glaze over all the docs. Let's please not vomit all over these people at the start I'm begging u. We need short consise pieces that allows us to ask questions and not lecture for an hour over dumb shit. These people have neve r launched anything and put together groups of "teams" that have also never launched anything except a remake of their own product. Please don't screw this up. All we need is a pi and a couple one pagers and managed care assistance. Not a novel. Shoving bs down their throats makes us just salesman

    Ok......so.....the last three posts were by the same person and to this person I will say you are the reason for the ineptitude at this fledgling company. You consistently put down the people selling and back the worthless overhead in Richmond. Their shortcomings directly correlate to their lack of leadership. Maybe wise up and stop blaming the sales force when u can't properly train or equip them. It's easy to blame but seemingly impossible for someone to lead here
