True Story. On IBU specifically both sales management and sales training are below average.

Any comments on the loss of Talent in the home office due to the disastrous leadership?

Word on the street. Looks like Habig will be over sales again....he was at least motivating and capable of increasing sales numbers! Not sure what that means for the ones who are not currently helping the numbers?! Hmmmm.....

There are no leaders in the home office only drones who do nothing but blame everyone else. Time to clean house.

So true. Everyone just sits back and collects a paycheck. No accountability.

There is zero to little leadership on the IBU side. BV and SL are both clueless from a sales and marketing standpoint. Something like 1 yr experience as a 1st line sales mgr between them.

IBU sales training is comically unproductive. Half the training materials are out of compliance and and haven't been reviewed by LMR in years.

Best thing about IBU is that the sales managers do care but their hands are tied in most instances.
