Think Oxy is only 15 % or 20 % of the IC plan...based upon the Alpha Impact RX regionally based survey about drug diversion, drug misuse etc etc. So basically Oxy is NOT in the IC plan.

We have plenty of difficult access IDN and the ATBM has never tried to access any of them. Worthless.
