If Onzetra continues to tank and Nuedexta doesn't meet goals, at what point does Otsuka pull the plug? Between the DOJ investigation and product performance I can't imagine the future is bright even with the pipeline. Thoughts?

Well, Nuedexta does make $300 million
with a pretty small sales force, doubt
they would just let that disappear.
    And "possibly" additional indications
for Nuedexta would boost sales even
    more.
Now, Onzetra on the other hand
    they may let that go.

    Stop threatening

Otsuka bought Avanir because of Nuedexta with a single narrow indication

    If they push for more,
    then
    DOJ here I come

Nuedexta is not going to hit $250m this year. And the DOJ is going take most of that due to our history of off-label promotions. Avanir will not exist in 12 months.

Most of my region are on s PIP

Maybe that's why the DOJ is
    Investigating this horrible company

How much PBA is there to warrant
The amount of business that Avanir is
    Pushing for

90 reps out of 220 had less than 20
Onzetra scripts for Q1. How long
will Otsuka put up with this ?
    The pressure from managers
    especially in the Midwest is
    super intense. Increase sales
or else. I guess that's why
over half of the sales force has
    turned over.

This is true. Avanir will not exist within 12 months of the DOJ final decision. The LTC sales force will become Otsuka's LTC sales force and most support functions will be gone.
