    you are a dumb ass!

    Whoever sold this this model should be fired. Your type of drugs and current and even future portfolio require 1/3 of this.

    You are paying a lot of people to sleep in and later golf or go shopping.

    We say this because micro management over useless busy work that amounts to nothing is bullshit.

    Sun was sold as a viable growth drug company.

    It's nothing more than mixed peas and carrots

    So we post this because it could have been managed with far less personnel that would have allowed a much better work environment.


    Now expectations are based on salarys being paid with no return on investment

    you forgot about the Managed access group going to the gym shopping at the LV store and getting fillers injected into their face and lips.
    On a serious note, you are right on. We have a managed access group that could support a portfolio of several Billion dollars of proprietary drugs. We do not have that and we are competing in heavy generic markets both in derm and ophthalmic, Neurology does not exist oncology sales are a joke and more of a drain than profit. Also the biologic does not have the data to be really competitive with the new offerings. Therefore not a lot to leverage from a contracting standpoint. Down size the managed access group shoot for tier 3 and hopefully the co pay patient support can make this thing profitable. This access group is 10 years behind the times and the revenue of the organization does not support it. Branded and me too products are ok in derm and opthalmics Not a huge deal we can make a living , but the fact is the company cannot support a managed access group of this size with a VP and a bunch of directors that simple look at symphony data all day long between trips to the gym and shopping etc. They built a team like it is 1995 and like we are a mulit billion dollar branded company when we are nothing of the sort. we need about 6 of these people tops for the current market and product mix.

    Add in the Sun India doesn't contract extensively

    As well we have no real substantive value propositions nor good tools

    Trust me I am here and trying to leave

    Listen you can afford to lose any amount of money you want

    But don't you feel like you are losing with your image sell in the US where you listened to consultants that made you feel warm inside, but now you are paying a lot of money for no results. That is a sin where you come from. Save face and fix this. Be what you are....and lose the overhead that is doing nothing for your bottom line.

    Your bankroll and ego will not make you a winner in the US market, and those taking your money wont tell you that because they are skilled at getting paid and making you think all is going well.

    All previous posts are correct, we are over staffed and they don't seem to do anything for a company with one real drug going for it. We are not a big pharma company and the indians don't like to contract, or at least give rates that would get us more favorable standings. But what no one mentioned is that we haven't had a managed care win in forever! All these people are out there and we are losing contracts not getting on them. We no longer have Cigna, Prime is on the rocks, United is a joke! Dump the bulk of these people, keep the 6 essentials we need to speak to all the companies and put the money back into areas that make sense.

    i am under Market Access and ever over priced RAM, NAM, and PRM are looking to leave.

    Oh and calling yourself a strategic account director you better get ready to explain that was Peter Pan Zimbabwe mans titles.
