Some districts lost half of their reps in TX. Which DMs got cut?

 

Too many DMs to list. I know of 5 and not sure about Dallas area.

 

it was a start....got rid of the 2 dip shit, disaster DM's in San Antonio....those 2 will be unemployable, they f*cked with way too many rep's and its a small industry.....

they need to shit can the passive, aggressive Corpus DM who luv's preaching how her rep's should behave when she can't keep her drunk husband off the roads

WTF. Are you says the Corpus DM made it? She should have been the first one out! The most unethical manager I've ever met.

Kept or cut?

 

MT and DPR in Tyler, SF in Lonview were cut.

 

All 3 were cut

 

Will be a near impossibility for these reps to get back into pharmaceutical sales with any company (other than possibly with a contract group & that's a long shot today with all the ex reps now fighting for those few slots) as their age is a major handicap against them. Reps who are over 40 are considered ancient in the pharmaceutical industry and most won't get a second look when they submit a resume for any position they apply for. They will, however, get a computer generated "Thanks for applying" letter to keep in their memory box to look back at in their old age. I guess the good news is that they will have to just live within their means now with only their spouse's paycheck to pay the bills with.

 

No truer works have even been spoken. It was a nice ride while it lasted, but those days are long gone.
