Is this finally the "Pete Announcement"? We are about to go from good to great again! This is what Mr Gladwell was talking about. I am doing my MBA thesis on it. How the company finally decided to go back to the great ones to make it great again!

I like his proposed retention plan: Huge raises on base pay, uncapped bonuses, better P Club sites.

So many bad managers such little sales. How does this place even continue to exist. Oh I know! Remicade. Sales from the past continue to float the current boat. But not for long kitties.

That's why they're bringing in Pete. Remicade is the boat, and we need a captain right now and that captain has to be the best Remicade sales pro around. Once that is set, we are too.

More temporary reps. Trying one more time to run off the pensioned reps.

Thanks for training me and providing me with your office/Doc contacts. I will be competing with you next month. Smooth.

This place is such a piece of crap. I'll bet ya anything that MH uses this restructuring to run off the few remaining over 52 reps. I can't wait to tell these assholes to fuck off when I leave. Simple minded managers, flunkee RBDs with napoleon complexes and a yes mam crew of NSDs licking MH outdated court shoes. Thanks for lying your ass off to me in order to get me to come to JBI. A huge career deadender.

I have a connection in the Boston district and they told me that MH had a separate call with the reps and managers up there to tell them that anything that effects the other parts of the country won't effect them, that they are protected because they are more proven than the other tenured reps in the company. Anyone else hear this?

This restructuring is the 1st sign that we need to be moving on. It's a soft indicator that by September, the announcements will be made and there will be blood. Q1/Q2 sales are down, biosims are creeping in and the hammer will fall. Better to leave on your own.

Wait for a big severance package before you leave.

Did Pete get the VP job? I thought they were supposed to announce it this week. Once he's in, our jobs will be secure.

It's full steam ahead now! Thank you MH for leading the way and will you soon make your leadership announcement? It is going to be great for morale to see one of our favorite sons being put into a national leadership role and not just the deadend place he is now. Thank you for the job security and the opportunity to focus on growing the business while of course changing patient's lives for the better. You rock, MH and JBI!

Former long-time rep at JBI who left and found out the grass really is greener on the other side, and not populated with a bunch of asses. Wondering how morale really is right now. I don't believe this crap on here about how great it is, how everyone feels secure, how certain regions are protected and all that other BS. The reps I've talked to say it is a living hell every day. What say you?

It is a living hell. Leadership lies to us believing that we are eating up thier nonsense. When they realize that they are found out, those people get run out. Mostly the aged.
