If you work for Ashfield, please speak up. How much do you pay per month for insurance for employee only? How much vacation do you get starting out? Sick days? Does anyone ever stay around long enough to get a raise? If so, what does that look like?

Base is usually between 65-90k, depending on the contract, etc.
    Bonus is 25%.
    Car is 600/month.

Its a 6 figure opportunity, for the most part. Better gig than the stupid manufacturer reps that have to do dinner programs, and get treated like shit by their own company.

    Ashfield is a great company.

Stay away from this company. They do a poor job with getting compensation correct.

You will need to check your monthly and bonus checks to ensure you are paid correctly.

This company sucks ass! They tell you one thing on pay and pay you another-lower than what you thought.

I have no idea where their contracts are or who they are with minus BI because there is no where to go -no advancement, & with the bonus structure no reason to do more than you should compared to other companies.

Expense reports getting these through easier to have a tooth extraction than submit it and have it go through 3 people and you hope you get your money back in time to pay your bills. STAY AWAY!
