Smells like very first sales contest. DO and RH win with no results posted. Favoritism over and over.

Let's see. The money train of the company just got derailed i.e. Aloxi is going generic in ~60 days. For the record that is approximately 70% of the companies revenue. Meanwhile AK is selling a whopping 7 plus million a year. No coverage - "where is the reimbursement team". Every program is met with the usual ROI questions. Where is the same pressure on the managed markets and management in general with regards to ROI! Every issue with the lack of success with AK is pushed to the the field or EASAI. Well folks it's an oral in an iv world and that is reality. With regards to Aloxi, the HE chemotherapeutic world is decreasing and yet our goals continue to increase on a product that is 13 plus years old. Business reviews continue not to help but humiliate the field. Management doesn't offer help but point fingers at issues irrelevant to why no one has truly been successful at moving AK. Sadly this company is spiraling downward at a rate that is out of control. We need a new drug that is a therapeutic with legs not a vitamin. The question of the day is if and when aloxi goes generic (60 days) what is going to happen to the IC plan? If you aren't asking these questions then you're oblivious to the issues at hand.

Helsinn mgmt knows of the issues. Will they do the right thing? Payout Aloxi bonuses at target due to factors beyond rep's control? Ensure bonuses on AK are realistic and achievable? Was told target pay was 45k but that hasn't been true thus far. Cars were a bait and switch--can't believe they won't give car allowance and the way the decision was made with no input from the field spoke volumes...these are 2 things that are easy to fix. Patents and company longevity are bigger questions. Can mgmt right the ship? Is the company even willing to survey the field and take action based on the results? Is the failure of the legal/compliance/HR team to benchmark against other oncology companies the real problem? Fair questions...

Yoy can analyze the situation all you want. No money to made here. After Aloxi the company is operating in the red - forget bonus and new fleet. Move on - company is a disaster and is no longer the same.

Good old days long gone. Management can't even manage home office - lots of turnover

How are you even surprised by the outcome of Aloxi. Have you seen home office management. Laughable

The medical director leaving isn't important, hmmm. 3 plus years trying to do business and the result is .....I'm still waiting. The sales force is interviewing at a record pace. Will management guarantee bonuses after aloxi goes generic until they can land a lack luster 4th stage therapy that has been passed on by the top companies. Time will tell but the core management structure remains and that IS the problem.
