External hires - very very very well compensated.

Internal hires- lateral move, no change in base

If AZ & Medi are one company, why do AZ reps need to quit and start as new hires at Medí? Why are retirement plans different? It's like a giant secret that no one wants to fully explain. Great transparency.

Anyone know the timeline for interviews, etc. or even what the process is here? They did an initial phone screen really quick, then said I'm moving forward and would be contacted, then had me fill out application and some questions. Been almost 2 wks and nothing. Wouldn't even know who to follow up w bc the only contacts have been with a generic HR girl and some no reply emails. Weird. Guess I'll forget about this one

I had the initial screen as well last week, and then phone interview with the manager this week. Said I would hear within the week for face to face. But I'm sure everyone will be a little different. The start date is not until Aug or Sept. They is no rush.

Hire date is August or that is when reps hit the field promoting?

Training will start around Aug/Sept. Drug should be FDA approved Oct/Nov.

AZ will eventually be sold off, leaving only Medimmune with its oncology, biologics. This is the meat and potatoes of this company. This is why we are seeing a division line between them.

Phone interviews with managers over next few weeks, face to face interviews with hiring managers/panel around May/June...offers out in early July, start date early September, anticipated FDA decision by early November. Got a ways to go here...

This drug is Dead on Arrival(Benralizamab) yes it is every other month dosing, but Tevas drug has a 61% reduction in exacerbations and glaxos drug has a 53% reduction in exacerbations our drug only has 38% reduction: poor efficacy 3Rd 2 Market typical AstraZeneca, no chance of making money here

Unless you are a Novartis mgr/rep making some serious cake to sell Benza.

That 38% improvement is not in the study. What's your source?
