How hard is it to break a 2 year contract?

I agree!! Break the contract!! HORRIBLE. I am sure companies save money with this POS program, but it is not good for the employees.

You knew what it was before taking the job. Gotta love when assholes take a job knowing exactly what it entails, then complain to change things once they are on board. Grow the fuck up, do your job and stop complaining. Programs like Runzheimer are becoming more common than not with companies that do not have their own fleet. And a company the size of Lexicon should never have their own fleet

Position taken based on representation of package -- Runzheimer was not correctly explained!!!!

The rep/ mgr/ DSA commented without being disparaging / cursing and never said Lexicon should have their own fleet. Guess you sold the idea of Runzheimer to the company and are upset someone is speaking up. We are doing our job and doing it well, staying focused on what matters the most - the patient.
Runzheimers was NOT explained accurately, that is the simple truth!

Agreed. Have worked for other small biotech companies before and not had fleet but was never an issue. This program is the WORST. Is it really worth it to lose great people with a long history of success?!

I will. Thanks for the suggestion! Have you budgeted for training a whole new set of reps? Training cost and field downtime included in your cavalier attitude?
