Don't say when you get fired. Don't want to give yourself up.

 

I've lasted longer than most........I'm still here...........Over a year.........
I had over 20 accounts....All on my own...nothing given to me...The trick is to keep them....... with the lack of inside support ....bad lab results.....turnover every 70 days....
DVP's who couldn't last one day at Burger King..........RM who can't stop looking at himself
in any mirror he passes....he's busy reading the required books assigned to him from SD every week so he can send quotes on email to the sales force..............It hasn't been
easy.........However... I have really enjoyed the double dipping.....Thanks Castle....

I lasted four months and signed up many accounts. I saw territories turnover multiple times in my region just during my four months. I signed my biggest accounts after I left. I was working hard but nothing was good enough for them. I was disappointed to be let go but now I am glad because I am with a better company now and making good money. I did not violate my non-compete because most of the accounts I signed with Castle were fairly small.

If you have been here over a year then that narrows you down to just a few people. If you developed all your own accounts that narrows it down even further. I am not sure this is a 100% genuine post.

I have worked here for 4 years now as a collector in Alabama.

Things are getting bad at the Castle! Tols cant get a raisr. Collectors are a cheeseburger away from what we make with no cap to what thy are being paid. Fear of being fired hanging over everyones head. Being told bring volume or fire collectors....add more work but no more pay.
