Is the expansion on hold? I have read the thread-is there any reason to consider working at Arcadia? Realistic to hit the target bonus of 48k? Bases in the low 100's?

whats truly sad is the fact that both internal and external people whom apply for jobs receive these due to favoritism. The RSD team along with the directors are the weakest that I've ever seen! I'm fairly confident that not many people here want to progress with this org, they're only looking to leave.

At this point it's just a good part time summer job! I'd also go on record and state that there's no reason to elevate any concerns as the internal politics and favoritism have consumed this bush league management team. I've competed with Lilly many times over the years and now have come to realize that it was never the strength of the people but only the innovation that must have allowed success.

This is a low point of a successful 25 year career!

I would agree, if someone buys Acadia, they'll be no need to transition anyone from Acadia to the new company.

 

This company is a true joke starting at the top. SD has no clue in his first job leading a commercial org but his hubris continues to overshadow anything that the organization could be due to his meddling and micro-management. When will Baker Bros figure out this guy is driving their investment to the ground and costing them billions. Change needs to happen at the very top.
Talking about cronyism, how the hell does RA become VP of People and Performance - neither of which he has no clue about. Other than being SD's little butt buddy at corporate, he's another worthless lip service blowhole.
BTW, has anyone noticed the corporate "management" team on the website - great diversity of white, clueless, worthless males. Great job board members - this really shows you're completely out of touch with SD's ridiculous lack of leadership promoting ill-equipped, under qualified ass munchers across the organization.

I actually like it here...I wouldn't believe everything you read on cafepharma. Its not perfect but what place is.
