Feels like the change is happening. Morale is an all time low with the current direction of this area. Are our contracts void when the change comes? Do we sign new agreements?

Our area went through a change and current contracts will be enforced and you'll be expected to sign new ones as well. Good luck

The KC district only covers a little bit of Missouri, St. Joseph and KC metro. A little bit on the Kansas side, highway 70 out to Salina. They lost Hays and Salina is changing big time. It only makes sense that it get absorbed by the larger distributors.

Kind of a small area to support an office. I'm sure that's part of the problem

We merged with a Biomet distributor about 2 years ago. We had to sign new agreements with the new employer but were informed that our old contracts were in force until the new contracts were completed.

Can someone please let the rest of us know if your old contracts are in force and if new agreements are to be signed?

Long time Zimmer leader moved out. Numbers down and stock price off is not a good thing. Guy was a distributor for years and did a nice job until recently. No tolerance for being down.

KC is a direct office, not sure that matters but it may. I know our numbers are off a little but the manager is brand new and seems to be getting better if they leave him alone. Problem seems to be the old former manager was kept and keeps our office dysfunctional most of the time. Time will tell.

Dang they replaced the guy from Louisiana? He covered Houston and San Antonio. If they got rid of him then nobody is safe. Ax is falling all over the place! The biomet buyout was stupid!
