JIT, LEAN, Kaizen...they're all the same. Why does this useless group exist in the company getting paid 6 figures? They're not improving anything!! This used to be a great company to work for, once upon a time... now... it's just an 8-5 punishment. Just because some of these idiots brainstorm an idea does not mean it's a good one!! Is our company THAT screwed up that we need to "continually improve"...why not take into consideration the people who directly work with the product every waking day and go from their ideas on how to makr things better. Morons sit on their asses in front of a laptop thinking they can put metrics on every single thing.
I did not spend 6 years of my life going to school to get my master's just so i can sit on my ass in a cubicle to review paperwork and data and non sense...things were fine before the Kaizen group screwed my department up. It's less efficient and less productive more than ever. Both my bosses (aka Dumb and Dumber) badly need to grow a pair of real balls since they're both spineless jelly fish that have no management skills what so ever.
Let's talk CIP: Cost Improvement. Hmmm let's see, how about implementing a lunch hour. Too many people take 2+ hours lunch playing basketball, volleyball, working out, biking... how about if they took an hour lunch and spent most of their time working, maybe we wouldn't be wasting money on people who don't do anything.
Kaizen group, get rid of them!!! They have no idea what everybody's work detail is, and watching/video recording people do their jobs does not mean they know how each individual job is done. All they are, are a bunch of cocky, ignorant, over-payed imbeciles that are full of shit who get paid 6 figures...mind you, one of them does not have a degree and only got to where she's at by screwing everyone in upper management. If we lay everyone off that are in the Kaizen group we're looking at close to $500,000 in savings.
This company has lost it's quality, morale, and values. They dont care about their employees anymore. The only thing that holds me there is 80,000 reasons a year. I guess that's not too bad.
