Hi- I'm interviewing for a sales rep position and was hoping for some insight into the interview process and the job itself. I had the phone screen and am meeting the manager this week. It sounds like there have been a lot of changes lately. I know from friends that there hasn't been a Wright rep in this territory for a while- 6 months. I'd be grateful for any insight into the interview/online assessmemt, daily job, compensation, etc. Thanks

    Sure:
6am-11am get bent over by your company

11am-2:30pm fight with your company about inventory shortages and other ridiculous shit

2:30pm-6:00pm get bent over again. This time for less money

    Look-
Everyone has an opinion, you need to go through the process and see if it feels right. There are some very serious issues here, but most of those can be overcome if you have a good leader/mgr. Problem is, a lot of the really good managers are leaving right now.

No company is perfect, and no sales person ever feels like they are being paid properly. Do the math, meet the mgr, go through the process. If you are lucky enough to get all the way through the process, and decide not to take it, you got the experience and practice for the right opportunity. Don't listen to a bunch of pissy trolls on a message board, make your own path and your own decision.
