does anyone know if Publicis honors a 2-week notice? Or do they just cut people off immediately?

Not sure if I should submit notice or wait until day before I start new job.

They generally don't. That's why most reps quit when they start their new job.

 

Yes. They might pull you out of the field, but you should get paid for the 2 weeks. Always give 2 weeks notice.

 

Make sure they pay your last expense report before you quit or you will get stuck with the bill and they will never pay it.
