It's been almost 5 years since we all said goodbye. Still in ophthalmology/optometry but it hasn't been the same since. Every rep should have an opportunity to work in a culture like this at some time in their career. You always felt important, even when you weren't hitting your numbers. And it started from your date of hire when the CEO gave you a personal phone call to welcome you aboard. Seriously. Who does that???

I couldn't agree more. I loved working for them. Still keep in touch with many. I'm in big pharma now and they don't give a shit about you. I would work again for Vince in a heartbeat.
