If you received a check for the vacation wages lawsuit double check the math on it. They are 'accidently" shorting employees.

Have no beef about getting $800. Please inform me Einstein, what is your formula for calculating the "jacked" factor of bling bling?

When is this supposed to be paid? I'm in a Corp role and I haven't heard of this

if you sales reps had any clue you'd be suing over your commission payments. Finance is a total mess.

worked for a long time with Smith and F U. Toward the end, I couldn't even get them to send me a breakdown of sales and commissions, and I know they shorted me as many times as they could. Caught them a few times and they corrected. Also, earlier in my career (06), they actually paid me twice one month. I somehow forgot to bring that one up to them though.

I am sorry for your stupidity and arrogance, must suck. All I had to do was make one simple call and inquire about their math for deductions that wasn't adding up and just received another check for 7X my original check. If you're happy with $800 and possibly letting some grubby attorney take the rest , now who is the Einstein. Was only trying to help a hole.

Same thing happened to me and a few other. Checks are being shorted. They should correct this and not wait for employees to call to ask for their own money.

ONLY if you are in California... keep in mind how that is a heavy Hillary state, and they bitch about everything.

This is true. Only in this State which is broke and taxes you to death, do you have a Governor spending 100 Billion on. Bullet train from LA to San Fran, in which one way is $189. I am glad I received my $1877 "vacation package".
